Who: All players turning 4-15 in the current year.  Mixed teams & all-girls teams are available. U16 recreational teams are tentative, pending enough sign-ups

  • Annual Recreational Soccer League

  • Registration Form (player and family information - 2 copies please!!)
  • Registration Supplement (coach and friends requests)

* Hard copies of all forms will be available at all registration events.

1. Completed registration form signed by a parent or guardian (2 copies please)
2. One 1”x1” current photo of the child for I.D. card (only required for U9 and older)
3. A copy of official birth certificate or passport.**   (all players, new or returning),
4. Registration fee (check, cash or credit card).     

** - Hospital/Church issued birth certificates (ones w/ imprints of little feet) are NOT official.
Costs:Registration (5/1-7/31) $105 1st per player, $95 2nd player, $85 3 or more players
Late Registration (after 7/31):  $35 per player late fee

All paid registrations includes a free picture.


Mandatory: GCYSL blue/white reversible jersey**,  blue or black shorts, shin guards and long black socks that cover shin guards.  Cost is $20

Optional: Soccer cleats.

** Jerseys are available at registration events or through the GCYSL office (hours vary and are limited).  Cost is $20 (which is our cost), and are the only part of the uniform we sell directly. All other items are available at any sporting goods store such as Big 5, Sports Authority or Samba Soccer

Season: Practices will begin in August.  Games will be on Saturdays from late August through November. No games on Labor Day. Rained-out games are not made up.
