The league is typically notified by city/schools regarding field status, or will make a determination of conditions based on trusted sources, by 2pm each weekday. SMOKE: Events will cancel when Air Quality Index (AQI) is above 120. Resources used for AQI determination include: PurpleAir.com

HEAT: 100° = warning to coaches and suggest canceling practice (especially U6/U8). Practices and games in rec league canceled in 105° heat or higher 

RAIN: if fields are closed, use best judgment, cancel in heavy storms, thunder lightning (Field Use Policy)
