HOW TO ORDER

Click the store button below.
Enter the store password (sent in an email to club members, ask your coach for assistance if you cannot find it).
Select and add ALL items in the "Mandatory" Tab to your cart ("Home Kit" (Home Jersey, Shorts, Blue Sock), "Away Jersey", "White Sock").
Choose your players Team and Name in the Player Information section (their jersey number will be automatically connected)
Add any "Extra Items" (extra shorts, socks, etc.) or Optional player merch items (practice jersey, backpacks, sweatshirt, pants, etc.) to your cart.

Uniform/Team Store Q&A's
1. When is the uniform order deadline?
The uniform order deadline is 6/30. All orders made after this point are considered late! Late orders will incur an additional shipping & handling late fee of $30.
2. What happens if I miss the order deadline?
You will incur an additional shipping & handling late fee of $30. Uniforms are packaged and shipped to the club in bulk based off the orders received before the deadline. So if you miss the deadline, your order is late and will not be included in the bulk shipment. In order to still get your uniform on time, it will instead be processed individually and sent direct to your address. This is the reason for the additional shipping/handling late fee.
3. What is the club store password?
The club store code was sent out to all GCU club members via email. Please contact your coach for the code if needed.
4. How do I know what size to purchase?
Samples are available to try on. Size it up days are as follows:
Tuesday 6/20, 6-7:30pm DeVere Mautino Field
Wednesday 6/21, 11-1 Gold Country Office
Ask you coach about organizing something outside of these days/time
A detailed sizing guide is also available on the club store.
Women's/Girl's specific cuts and sizes are also available!
5. Where do I chose my player's number?
Your player has been assigned a number by their coach. This information has been uploaded to the club store. When you add an item to your cart, you will have the ability to select what team and player this item is for. Once you select your player, their assigned number will be automatically connected to the item.
6. What is the cost of the uniform?
The cost of the full uniform will remain $120. We strive to offer the best quality items we can at a price that is affordable for all.
7. What items do I have to buy?
You must purchase all items located in the "Mandatory" tab of the club store. This includes:
Club Home Kit: Blue Jersey, Blue Shorts, Blue Socks
Away Game Items: White Jersey, White Socks
8. Can I buy extra items like two pairs of socks or an extra pair of shorts?
You can! In the "Extra Items" tab, you can purchase individual pieces/items as desired. Stock up!!
9. Is there additional club merchandise available for purchase?
YES! Additional club merch items are available for purchase for players including practice wear, outer wear, and bags. These have all been priced by our club to offer you great quality at the best price! Order these items now as they will be included in your order at no additional shipping cost to you!
10. I had to purchase my child a uniform this spring, do I have to do it again for the fall?
Yes, you will still need to purchase a full uniform for this fall season. However we understand that this is an inconvenience so the club is offering a 50% discount towards this season's uniform purchase for families who purchased a uniform in the spring (2023). Please ask your coach about how to get this discount.
11. Why is the club making us buy a new uniform again this season?
In the past couple of years, GCU, and many other clubs, have been experiencing extreme difficulty in supplying their players with stock uniform kits in a timely and cost effective manor. This is a result of many factors in the supply market, but in short, the uniform kits we were told would be available were often not, were low on stock, or backordered, and our club has been forced to mix and match different items to cover the deficit. With new players and teams being added every season, the club needed to find a better solution to our uniform problem to keep up.
That solution is a custom sublimated uniform kit. Because of how its made, a sublimated uniform never goes out of stock and since our design is custom printed to our specifications, that wont change either! This essentially means that we can offer our families and their teams a stronger guarantee that their uniform will last for at least two years, or until it doesn't fit, reducing the amount of change necessary from season to season.
This fall season will be the first season with our new sublimated kits, so while it is another repeat cost this year, it should lay the groundwork for two years of uninterrupted uniform distribution.
12. How long will my child be able to use this uniform?
Thanks to our new supplier, Admiral, the club does not anticipate any uniform changes in the near future, so that means your uniform will be usable for as long as it fits, or a minimum of two years, whichever comes first! Every two years (4 seasons) the club reevaluates our uniforms and may decided to make changes in design or supplier as necessary.
13. Can I buy replacement items during the season if they become lost or dammaged?
You can! Thanks to our new online store, you can purchase items any time and have them delivered right to your house! However, to save the most on shipping, we recommend ordering extra items within each season's uniform order window!
